Does this sound like ideal lifestyle for your future?
6 distinct activity zones, each designed to help you embrace the
life you've always imagined—one that's active, connected,
purposeful and deeply fulfilling.
At Cradle Of Life, we didn't ask, "What amenities should we build?"
We asked, "How can amenities become part of everyday life and inspire healthier, more connected and purposeful living?"
Every amenity is designed with that thought in mind, creating an ecosystem where spaces are not just visited, but actively lived in.
Instead of a single clubhouse, activity spaces are distributed across the community for easy access, from early morning to late evening, in all weather.
Amenities should become part of your daily routine, not a destination.
With 32,000+ sq. ft. of thoughtfully planned spaces and generous amenity areas, every experience feels spacious and uncrowded. Multiple activity zones create more opportunities for interaction, connection and a vibrant campus life.
One of the highest amenity spaces per resident.

Every space is designed around a specific interest, lifestyle or aspiration. From co-working and podcast studios to therapy pools and media rooms, every amenity has a purpose.
Designed around people, not a checklist.
Amenities are designed as platforms for learning, recreation, collaboration and celebrations—creating stronger relationships, daily engagement and a genuine sense of belonging.
Spaces become meaningful when people bring them to life.
Cradle Of Life dedicates most of its campus to landscaped spaces, with pathways, gardens and open areas that encourage movement, relaxation and connection with nature.
Nature isn't just something you see. It's something you live every day.
Every activity, every amenity, and every service work together to enhance vitality and holistic well-being. Making active living a health strategy, not just a lifestyle.

The problem we saw: Amenities can remain occasional destinations when reaching them takes effort or the activities hold little personal interest. Imagine spending 80% of your waking day at home, with visits to shared spaces largely limited to mealtimes.
Our approach: Bring activity spaces closer to homes and encourage clubs around shared interests making participation convenient, meaningful and a natural part of everyday life.
The problem we saw: Even a buggy or umbrella adds inconvenience when residents must venture outdoors to reach an activity. Staying home can become the easier choice.
Our approach: Integrate amenities within the buildings, with convenient lift access. Most are designed for use across 365 days, so changing weather need not disrupt an engaging routine.
The problem we saw: Some amenities are chosen for their luxury appeal, with less thought given to everyday use. A grand theatre used for two hours or a large pool enjoyed only seasonally may impress during a visit but contribute little to residents’ daily routines.
Our approach: Prioritise utility and purpose over status. Three multimedia rooms support screenings, learning and online activities, while a heated pool enables swimming and aquatic fitness across seasons making amenities meaningful, versatile and part of everyday life.
The problem we saw: Daily routines do not follow clubhouse hours. Early mornings and sleepless nights can feel particularly long when there is nowhere beyond your home to spend a quiet moment.
Our approach: Provide 24x7 access to selected shared spaces close to residences somewhere to read, unwind or enjoy a change of surroundings on your own schedule.
The problem we saw: A sprawling, single-storey clubhouse consumes valuable ground-level space. Landscaping along vehicle routes may add greenery without creating comfortable places to walk, relax or gather.
Our approach: Plan amenities vertically to preserve more ground for gardens and outdoor experiences, including vehicle-free spaces where residents can pause, connect and enjoy being outdoors.
The problem we saw: Total amenity area can sound impressive while revealing little about crowding. With four times the residents, the same area provides just one-quarter of the space per person.
Our approach: Consider both indoor amenity space and usable landscaped outdoor space per resident at full planned occupancy making everyday comfort and access central to planning.
