Inspired by “cradle of civilisation,” our name expresses a place where life begins, is nurtured and flourishes. A cradle symbolises a new beginning reflecting our belief that life after 55 holds fresh possibilities. Our logo brings together our four core values: Freedom, Purpose, Health and Happiness.
Turning 55 doesn’t mean your life should be defined by the label “senior.” After years of work, responsibilities and putting others first, it can be your time to pursue interests, build friendships and enjoy life more fully. That is what we're creating at COL with the comfort and support to make it possible.
Mindsets have evolved. Today’s generation is well-informed, well-travelled and clear about the quality of life they want. Senior living must evolve with those aspirations. Care and age-friendly design remain essential, but the experience must also offer meaningful fulfilment, personal choice and everyday joy. That belief shaped our approach at COL.
Our immediate focus is on delivering this community well. From there, we aim to grow thoughtfully learning from residents, strengthening our approach and bringing the COL way of living to more people and places.
